SHIPPING INFO
1. Once we received your payment, we will delivered the product to you within 3 working days.
2. In order to ensure that in the shortest possible time to receive your goods, please provide the correct recipient addresses. Our store does not accept shipping to PO Box addresses, hotels or resorts.
3. Freight will be based on Poslaju Malaysia postage computing systems, by weight, and regional terms, as follows:
West Malaysia
* First 500 grams - RM7.00
* Every addtional 250 grams - RM2.00
East Malaysia
* First 500 grams - RM9.50
* Every additional 250 grams - RM3.00
*Pos Laju require recipient signature upon delivery, customer will received it within 1-2 working days *
4. After we shipped out the product, we will notify our customer with the shipment traking number via SMS or email. Example: EN 1XXXXXXX MY
5. If you wish to know the whereabout or detail of your shipment, you can go to www.poslaju.com.my and check it with your tracking number.
6. After you received the shipment, please check the product immediately, and please let us know if there's a problem within 2 days. Else our store will not be responsible for it.
7. We will not be responsible for the damage caused during the shipment of product.
